Infotiv is now looking for a test engineer with automotive experience for an exciting consulting assignment with a client who operates the world's first full-scale test environment for future traffic safety.

Here, advanced safety systems are tested and verified in realistic traffic environments – an international arena for research, development, and certification of future vehicle systems.

About the assignment

You will be part of a team working on functional development and verification of active safety systems for external customers. The assignment is primarily located in Gothenburg but also includes work:

• at a test track outside Borås
• in vehicles on public roads

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and conducting various types of tests in vehicles
• Analyzing, documenting, and reporting test results
• Supporting function owners and developers in the ongoing development work
• Providing advisory support with your expertise in teams and towards the customer

Mandatory requirements

• BSc or MSc in a relevant technical field
• At least 1 year of experience as a test engineer in the automotive industry
• Experience with Vector tools, such as CANalyzer, as well as logging and diagnostic tools for vehicles
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Swedish B driver's license

Meritorious

• Experience with Matlab
• Test track driving license, such as Hällered T2 or equivalent
• Programming skills, such as in Python
• Strong interest in cars and automotive technology
• Driving license category C or CE
